The most important way to improve your voice is to first make the decision that this is truly
what you want to do. The decision is what will catapult you into the direction you must go to
surround yourself with the people and the tools you need to develop.
“When the student is ready, the teacher appears”
I have been facilitating voice lessons of all kinds for over 20 years and I have found when people
have made the decision that they want to develop their voice to become better singers, they
also become better speakers. They become familiar with this instrument of theirs and see how
much of a powerful communicator they can become. I have watched shy timid people come
out of their shell and find themselves expressing themselves more comfortably with their family
friends and in front of an audience.
Yes, it seems scary at first and the nerves want to take over, but voice lessons assist in helping
you to relax your body while learning techniques that will help you release your sound. Practice
is the key and this can be done in fun All Heart Singers Sessions, Performance Workshops or
private singing lessons. All will get you where you want to go (and sometime much further than
you could have imagined) but the first and most important act is, the decision.
Keep on singing,
